All we need is your logo, text, thoughts or ideas. We have a staff of highly trained graphic artists that can create your design from any information that you can provide to us. We love vector or camera ready art though.
Our minimum number of custom challenge coins to order is 100. There is no exceptions to this.
Once you have received your proof and pricing, approved the digital proof, and paid for your order we will begin production and be ready to ship within 14 days or less. The order will then be shipped via UPS air shipping FREE of charge in the United States.
All of our challenge coins are manufactured in the fastest possible time frame of 14 days or less so we do not offer a rush service. However, if you have a time frame constraint you are working under, please let your salesperson know and we will do all that we can to meet that time frame.
The most popular size of challenge coin to order is the 2.0”-2.5" size. However, we recommend that you consult with your sales rep to discuss the best size for your logo or design.
We ship all orders UPS air at no charge direct from our factory in to you. This is the fastest possible shipping method available and is usually a 1-2 day service.
Yes we certainly can, we ship to all APO or FPO address for a small additional fee starting around $12. Please consult your sales rep for the cost of this service.
Once you have approved your digital proof we will send the secure online order form link with all of the details needed to place the order online. Once your order is submitted this will put your order into production.
We provide free of charge plastic ziplocks for each coin. For an additional fee, we offer acrylic presentation boxes, black velvet boxes, coin capsules, coin stands, PVC pouches, and black velvet pouches. Ask your sales rep for additional information.
All of the designs that you see on the web page are previous designs that we have custom created for other clients. We do not stock any challenge coins or sell any overruns, however, we can create any custom design that you want.
We LOVE vector art however, we can accept and work with any of the following type of files: .jpeg, .gif, .png, .ppt, .doc, .pdf, .bmp, .tiff, .psd or .pub.
All high quality challenge coins are made from copper, brass, iron or zinc alloy. Then they are top plated with your choice of metal like gold or silver based on your design.
